It is with great sadness that I have to announce
the Death of one of our respected Past Maters:
W. Bro. Edward Hogg,
PPrGReg
Eddy was initiated in Gateshead Fell Lodge on 24th November 1970,
Passed
on 23rd February 1971 and Raised on the 27th April 1971.
He was installed into the chair of this Lodge in September 1981.
In 1990 he was appointed to the rank of PPJGD,
and promoted to the rank of PPGReg. in 1996.
He server as the Lodge Hall Company director and Lodge Secretary for many
years ,
he
was one of the founders of the Hall Company monthly draw retiring only last
year.
He
a very regular attendee of the Lodge
and was very
well respected by all who knew him,
he
will be affectionately remembered and sadly missed.
Eddy passed away on Monday 30th December
2013 aged 86 years.
Please remember Eddy, and think of him in
your prayers.
